My Zen Empire is a real estate transaction firm. I was hired on behalf of Rise Creative Consulting to bring this brand to life. The goal for this brand was to convey to busy real estate professionals that they could be trusted with overly detailed paperwork affiliated with real estate transactions. The stakes are high and attention to detail is a must. We wanted to offer a professional brand that evoked trust and great care, alleviating the workload of real estate agents and brokers.

I wanted to offer a creative solution that would evoke curiosity as well as align with the feeling of zen that the brand was intended to evoke.

The target audience—busy real estate professionals—are looking for someone they can depend on and that will make their lives easier. So the brand didn’t need to just feel zen, it needed to feel elevated and reliable.

It was important that we developed a tagline for the brand because the name itself wasn't directly descriptive of the business. This was then incorporated into a handful of the brand elements to ensure that proper brand awareness could be established over time.
The typeface is extremely eye-catching and was selected for its elegant persona. Even as a standalone wordmark, it conveys the high level of professionalism that is to be expected with the My Zen Empire brand.
