Yash Chhibbar is a Toronto real estate agent who was in need of a rebrand. Recognizing that his name is the selling point we decided that a wordmark would be the best approach for his logo. We settled on a tall and skinny serif font — which he loved because he is also tall and skinny — but it also provides an elegance and sophistication to his brand. These characteristics are matched by the deep green that serves as his primary brand colour, balanced out by a friendly sans serif subtext in a rich orange that can pair with the wordmark. To provide variety, both a stacked and horizontal logo were created to round out the visual identity.
