Real Estate Guide Design
Yash Chhibbar is a Toronto real estate agent who was in need of a rebrand. Recognizing that his name is the selling point we decided that a wordmark would be the best approach for his logo. We settled on a tall and skinny serif font — which he loved because he is also tall and skinny — but it also provides an elegance and sophistication to his brand. These characteristics are matched by the deep green that serves as his primary brand colour, balanced out by a friendly sans serif subtext in a rich orange that can pair with the wordmark. To provide variety, both a stacked and horizontal logo were created to round out the visual identity.
Along with the launch of his new brand identity, we set out to create all of the necessary assets any real estate agent in Canada's biggest market would need. From business cards to a real estate guide series, both digital and print, and custom folders for his client packages. Everything was meticulously crafted to ensure his clients feel like his number one priority from the minute they encounter his brand.
