Upon purchasing your brand kit, you'll receive an email with a brief questionnaire asking for the relevant business details I need to customize your brand kit—think taglines, locations, and/or established dates.

Customization
Once I've received your completed questionnaire, I'll get to work customizing your brand kit to your business name and details.

Design Delivery
The following week, you'll gain access to a Notion portal with your new brand assets. Your logo files come in ready-to-use files and editable Canva files. Also included is a customizable style guide to make showing up consistently with your new brand easier than ever.
The Answers to your FAQs
1. Can I change the colour palette of this brand kit?
Yes. Included in the cost of the brand kit is the colour palette you see displayed here. You will be able to edit the colours of your brand kit logos, social icons, and style guide inside Canva. There will be a brief tutorial included in your Notion portal.
2. What file formats do my logo files come in?
Your branding kit logo files will come in transparent PNGs, SVGs (which are ideal for web but also editable in Adobe Illustrator), and editable Canva files.
3. Do I need any font licenses?
No. These brand kits have been designed using open-license fonts. You will, however, need a Premium Canva account to upload and use your brand fonts.
4. Do I receive the images and mockups with this brand kit?
No. The images and mockups that appear on this page are for display purposes only. I'm happy to refer you to great resources.
5. How many times is each brand kit sold?
Each brand kit is only sold once. This guarantees that your brand identity is unique to your business.
6. Is my purchase refundable?
The logo designs of your brand kit are amended to accommodate your business name. Should your business name not be suitable for the logo designs of your purchased brand kit, you will be offered a refund. Otherwise, due to the digital nature of this product, all sales are final.
