Maxine Ramirez is a Realtor based in Reno, Nevada. With more than 15 years of sales, negotiation, digital marketing, and leadership experience, she is able to give her clients a huge advantage in a competitive real estate market. Personalized service and professional results. For her brand identity, it was important that we strategically distinguished her brand experience to make her brand more memorable in the otherwise saturated real estate market of the Nevada area.
The primary goal of the brand design was to communicate the top quality service that clients would come to expect from Maxine Ramirez Realty while infusing a bit of fun into the design for increased memorability.
To convey through the iconography the connection to home without being too similar among other real estate brands, we focused on the front door rather than the entire home as not to allude to any one style of home. The sketched, artistic style of the logo speaks to the evolving vision that exists in the mind of her clients as they embark on their home search.
While we used a line drawing aesthetic to offer an elevated feel to an otherwise familiar subject, it was our use of colour that helped balance the feeling of sophistication and fun. The brand's colour palette is, for the most part, relatively subdued. But we included two vibrant pastels to ensure the brand identity was easily distinguishable in the marketplace.
Brand memorability is key for increasing brand awareness and earning recognition among potential buyers and sellers. That's what we were able to achieve for this brand identity.
